it was a powdered lumpy mess of a package mix that wasn't even stirred properly. I couldn't even eat it, when i complained to the server she said "those are curds of cream from the heat of the soup warmer. I ask if the soup had broken and separated from too much heat?
Our wait staff member was very attentive to our needs. Extremely sweet and accommodating. The food was delicious, light, and simple. Can't be the price! Since the remodel, the entire place shined and had a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Would love to visit again.
Service was good, wait staff very helpful. Seems like kitchen staff is slow or in need of more help. Food was good, it just took an hour to get it, and they ran out of the food we ordered. On a side not they seem to close the kitchen kind of early while people are being turned away at the door and still busy. Overall I would eat/drink here again as long as I get my order more quickly next time. Great job keeping drinks filled though!
I had a great time there! It was a busy Friday night, I had to wait about fifteen minutes, but they had a second bar in the back for us to wait at and I was more than happy to. My food took about twenty minutes, but the "Cowboy" burger I ordered was a perfect medium rare and bigger than my head. I definitely recommend.

Had a great meal and great service. The water was a problem for years, it is now fixed, great water quality! I have read about service problems, I have not experienced any problems with the service or the food. The Silver Dollar is a great asset to the Higgins Lake/ Roscommon area!
