The manager was very nice, polite, fast and professional. You can tell that they are working hard at making it a nice place to eat.
Recently they have been putting more than enough ketchup on the burgers! There's enough for 4 burgers worth of ketchup on one!!! Slow service..
My only complaint would regarding the McDonald's prices which are slightly higher than other McD's locations nearby towns, I'm guessing that's the result of their co-partnership with the Shell Station. But the stop is well worth your time.
Aria is the sweetest cutest girl she deserves a raise they need to keep her as long as she stays she's delightful at the window I go there just to see her;)
the food here has always been fresh, hot and most often fast to arrive whether inside dining or using the Drive thru. Although, there are many times at peak moments when you will have a significant delay. This McDonald's is conveniently located inside the Shell Mini Mart/ Service Station so it's nice to fuel up a vehicle with gas, briefly shop for snacks at the Mart and also grab Hot McDonald's food all at once stop.
McDonald's Roscommon Michigan good overall except numerous times since last April,2017, equipment failure prevented desired food order. Examples: Bun steamer for filet of fish not working. Grilled bun replacement was a poor choice for fish sandwich. Ice cream machine not ready to make chocolate shake. Deep fryer for french fries undergoing a change of oil or filtering. Was given different choice but I needed 3 filet of fish and only 2 were ready to go in warming equipment. Ordered a big Mac in place of fish sandwich but someone in my group had to get big Mac when they wanted fish sandwich. Understand things happen, but given the history of this happening at Roscommon McDonald's, we now quite often choose the new Subway sandwich store that opened recently in Roscommon. McDonald's is now on the back burner so to speak.
