Dick Noble is a corrupt judge, and holding people in contempt just because they are asking if the prosecutor is being held to his burden of proof is criminal.
Judge Richard ("Dick") Noble is a psychopath. He held one of my friends in contempt for 30 days just because that person was asking if the prosecutor had submitted evidence establishing jurisdiction. Noble knew the prosecutor had not, so he was protecting him. He said my friend had ten seconds to enter a plea and said he'd be held in contempt if he didn't. My friend asked why asking for evidence was contemptible and was sentenced to 30 days contempt.
This area of downtown Roscommon Michigan is not correct. The courthouse is split in two. The Lake St. view is where MSU Extension is housed, is on the corner of Lake St. and the southeast corner of 3rd Street. The Judicial side of the courthouse is behind us, on the corner of George St. and southeast side of 3rd Street. The MSU Extension, Roscommon County District Ct. Judge, Roscommon Circuit Court are all incorrect. Also, St. Vincent De Paul is located on the west side of N. Main & Lake St. Ht. Lk. Resorter & Chase Mortgage have have closed.
Yesterday another friend was asking for the same evidence. Again, Noble wanted to protect the prosecutor. He said, "If you don't enter a plea, I'll hold you in remand." That sentence doesn't even make sense, because my friend was not in custody. My friend asked for clarification and Noble sentenced him to 60 days contempt.
