I was driving on m-18 and was pulled over for speeding. When the officer brought me my ticket I asked the officer about getting the ticket amended to pay the fine and get no points instead of coming back up for the ticket. He explained to be that they do not to that in the state of MICHIGAN. Well I find that funny being if you google it they talk about that happening a lot. Further more the guy laughed in my face. When I called to talk to someone about this incident the SGT answered the phone and said I can listain. So I explained to him that I was looking to talk to someone about this incident that could do somethin about this. He said I was being rude and cocky. I said really what is your name again and who is your boss. He told me he refused to tell me his name and that I could talk to the LT on MONDAY. Well I promise i will contact them on monday but from the sounds of it they are all the same way. I will be writing a letter to the state and will write a letter to the Sheriff. Further more every site I can write on and let them know I do not have to put up with this just because there cops.

I am disabled and in a wheelchair. Living 70 miles from Roscommon I called to explain to them that I need a form stating when my release date was from their fine establishment. I have applied for SSA and they need proof of my not being currently locked up. The officer was extremely rude and not at all helpful. He stated I would have to find a way to get to Roscommon, that they would not fax or send me the proof I need. I explained about my condition and he still would not help. Guess they never heard of do onto others, etc. Hope he receives everything he deserves in life.
